STEP ONE; Apply as per your training. Suggested devloping times as follows; Thin lashes : 9 mins, Normal lashes : 11 mins, Thick lashes : 13 mins.

STEP TWO; Wipe off Step One with a lint free applicator . Apply step 2 lotion with a fresh lint free applicator and wipe off within 8 mins. Developing times vary.
