Shipping Times

​

I truly appreciate your support of my little business and your order will be packed with love and chocolate.  

​

Orders will be shipped asap - typically orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day.  

If items are required urgently please note this in the comments section and we will endeavour to get your items dispatched promptly. 

As stated in the shipping policy shown on checkout couriers collect orders monday to Friday.

Items bought Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday will not be posted until Monday.

Couriers do not collect on the weekend.

Overnight delivery is the aim, but this is not guaranteed.

Saturday delivery is not guaranteed by the couriers, we endeavour to get items shipped out promptly but once the parcels have left us we have no control over how quickly they will reach you.

We do not refund for postage. 

Shipping to the South Island and rural areas may take longer.

 

Tracking numbers are sent by the courier company, if you have not been emailed, please check your spam.

I am always happy to answer questions (Click me to send a question!) but I will likely be unable to get back to you until the evening as I am with clients.  

 
Once the item has been sent, Designer Lashes is not responsible for the parcel.  

By placing an order you accept these conditions and will not hold Designer Lashes liable for damages that may arise during shipping or parcels that may go missing. 

Parcels are securely packaged to the best of our abilities and are dispatched in perfect condition but occasionally damages may occur during transit. 

If this happens, please contact me and I will open a dispute with the courier company. 

 

Designer Lashes is happy to ship outside of NZ, Postage is quoted at checkout.

We ship via NZPost and DHL as they are fast and reliable.

Shipping Costs

Postage within NZ starts from $6, shipping to rural areas will is from $10 as there is an additional surcharge for remote areas charged by NZ Post. â€‹

International Shipping is via NZPost or DHL and prices are dependant on where you are in the world.

Payment

Please note payment is due at the time of purchase.

If payment is not received within two weeks of the invoice date, the outstanding balance may be referred to a collection agency.  The customer agrees to be responsible for any costs incurred by the collection agency in recovering the debt, including but not limited to collection fees and legal expenses.

Qualifications

​

It is your responsibility to be adequately qualified and insured to use the products sold by Designer Lashes.  
When you purchase from this site, you take full responsibility of potential repercussions, allergies, and side effects resulting from the use of these products and are able to remedy them.


Designer Lashes cannot be held responsible for any side effects resulting from the use of these products.
 

Refunds & Exchanges 


Items posted will be packaged securely.
All items are sent via NZPost courier and once posted are no longer the responsibility of Designer Lashes.
Parcels can be tracked via https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking
Once the parcel has been dispatched, we are no longer responsible for the parcel and cannot be held liable for the disappearance.   

NZPost will send you a photo of the parcel once it has been delivered to confirm it has arrived. 
Refunds and replacement products will not be offered for missing parcels.

Once you receive your parcel, please look through it carefully. 

If there are any damages you have seven (7) days from the date you receive your parcel to report any damages to any items.  

If the damage occurred during transit I will open a dispute on your behalf with the courier company. 

If an item is faulty, it can be shipped at your expense back to Designer Lashes, and if it indeed is faulty you will be refunded the cost of the item + return postage. 

Faulty items will not be accepted for returns or refunds if we are made aware after this seven (7) day period.

If an item is out of stock or missing from your parcel, we reserve the right to exchange for the same item in a different colour, if available, otherwise a credit or refund will be offer4ed. 
All sales are final, please carefully read the product listing before placing your order.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind due to hygiene reasons. 

Products in the designer lashes store are stored in sanitary and appropriate  conditions to ensure they work optimally, therefore cannot be resold once returned as we cannot guarantee they are kept in the same conditions.
